About Us

We have presented a strong virtual presence in the virtual business community for virtually 15 years. During that time we have generated hundreds of millions of (virtual) dollars in revenue yet very few people know exactly what we do. That's been fine with us !

But recently we have had to deal with the jealous and grasping "U.S. Department of Justice" when our new high profile division, CCNN - The CrapCo News Network, went into receivership and ALL of our previous financial dealings were scrutinized in the harsh light of the courtroom. This is not the first time there has been legal action against CrapCo Corp and we are not the type of company to run from the slurs and accusations of these so called "experts" and "federal investigators".

However when two board members were recently stopped after a late night business meeting and arrested it becomes apparent why we get frustrated with the police harrassment of our corporate officers. The fact they were giving two intoxicated teenage girls a ride home should have been cause for a good citizenship award... not for filing charges for DWI and various sexual offenses.

This situation is exactly why CrapCo employs a team of the finest and brightest attorneys, Soom & Scruem, to make quick work of dealing with these unfounded charges of DUII and statutory somethingorother as well as the constant unfounded corporate malfeasance and fraud compliants. It is not that easy to find lawyers so experienced in criminal AND corporate law but to work with us... they have to be.

CrapCo Tower The legal strategy ths time was to to move our corporate headquarters to the Cayman Islands. While this might seem like a strange place for an "All American" corporation like CrapCo, from a business (and legal) standpoint it was a shrewd decision.

As a "foreign corporation" we receive some generous tax breaks. We got the building itself at fire sale prices as the previous tenents were very anxious to sell it and leave the country. And like many other American companies we had been "re-locating" money into the local banks there for years. (Also there is no extradition treaty between the US government and the Caymens)

Now we can get on with what we do best, providing humor at rockbottom prices. And we should not have to worry about Government censorship by means of what they call "taxation" or any other criminal (or hopefully) civil charges.
